—What it does
Everything the filing season needs, in one place
Built around the annual cycle of a CA or CS firm looking after many companies.
All your companies in one place
One record per client company or LLP: CIN or LLPIN, type, year end, state, capital and flags. Paste your Excel list to bring them in, and the importer helps match your column names.
A dashboard for the filing season
Every company by every form: overdue, due in 7 days, due in 30, filed. Filter by form, year or person, and see the late fees you would pay on what is overdue.
Due dates that follow the AGM
Dates linked to the AGM move when you enter the real AGM date, and are labelled as assumed until then. When MCA extends a date, it is changed once for every company.
The annual filing, step by step
For each company and year: accounts received, board meeting, AGM, AOC-4, MGT-7 or MGT-7A, ADT-1. Record the SRN, the date and the fee, and next year's filings appear.
A private document vault
Financial statements, signed minutes, SRN receipts and challans, kept with each company and year. Files up to 25 MB, opened only through short-lived links.
AI-drafted board and AGM documents
Notices, agendas, minutes and resolutions as Word files, built on a fixed statutory structure from the facts you hold. Anything unknown is flagged for you to fill in, and a named person on your team reviews each one before it is final.
Data sheets for AOC-4, MGT-7 and ADT-1
Enter the year's figures once and get a sheet in the order of each form, so keying on the MCA portal is quick. Read the figures from your uploaded financial statements and check each one against its page.
Directors, auditor and DSC tracker
Keep DIN, KYC, DSC expiry and the auditor's term for each company, with warnings before they lapse.
Reminders and your team
Email reminders to the person each filing is assigned to, a Monday summary for the owner, and seats for your staff with owner, admin and member roles.
Your data is always yours
Export the tracker to Excel or CSV whenever you like, even after a plan ends.

—Questions
What firms ask before they start
No. ThinkFiling Secretarial prepares and tracks; it does not submit anything to MCA. The MCA portal has no public filing interface for software, and every filing needs the signatory's Digital Signature Certificate on the portal. What we do is make sure you never miss a date, lay the data out in the order of each form so keying is quick, and keep the SRN and documents afterwards.
